How to prepare and execute a session for infrastructure, oil, gas and land dispute negotiations within the Ministry of Finance; that was the challenge for this programme.
Next to communication and negotiation skills Stillare worked with the ministry on role view, transparency, deadlocks and pitfalls and personal and group performance by using negotiation battles.
